The guest house is a separate 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private house with includes it's own fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry facility. Our estate includes 4 patios surround the house and plenty of hiking areas to explore.Total Rooms : 5 TotalBathrooms: 7 Total Kitchens: 2 BBQ Grill: 1 Total Dining rooms: 2 Sofa Beds: 2 Rollaway Bed: 1 ESTATE DAILY RENTAL RATE: $1500.00 Per Day. Check-in available anytime during first day of booking. Check out time no later than 3pm on day of check-out. CLEANING FEE: $350 Cleaning Fee (basic cleaning ) Estate furniture & decor must be back in place as when arrived. TRASH: (2) 96 gallon trash cans are included in rental price. Any trash overage will incur the $25.00 trash disposal fee. USAGE: Exclusive Estate usage during your rental. Estate managers stay off site but close by for any assistance. BOOKING (Save the Date) Requirement DEPOSIT: We charge a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of the total booking amount, plus taxes and lodging fees to hold and reserve your desired dates. The remainder 1/2 is due no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. May pay with Card, Check or Cash. Additionally we charge a $1000.00 Refundable damages security deposit. Addition Help: Our Estate Managers maybe available for hire during your stay for extra cleaning service. This must be requested and planned ahead of time to ensure availability.Parking: Parking is located on our property along our dirt roads or you may shuttle people to the property. We do not provide any shuttle service. Catering: No additional costs for any outside catering or vendors as this is a private residence and private rental booking of the estate and not as a venue. We have recommendations upon request. ADDITIONS TO THE PROPERTY: We are a newly evolving full rental estate because of this we are always looking to improve the experience for all of our guests. Please do not hesitate to let our estate managers know if there are any additions to the property that you would like to see and we will do our best to help accommodate suggestions.
