The remainder 1/2 is due no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. May pay with Card, Check.SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1000.00 Refundable damages security deposit, refund based on check-out inspection. Refund returned up to 30 days after inspection or can be applied to total. Parking: Parking is located on our property along our dirt roads or you may shuttle people to the property. We do not provide any shuttle service. Catering: No outside catering fee. Chef recommendations available.
